About Carolyn

Carolyn Olivieri

I’m a commercial real estate agent with KW Commercial in Doylestown, serving Bucks County and Greater Philadelphia.

I’m licensed in Pennsylvania and can connect clients in other states through the KW Commercial referral network.

Background

Distribution, properties, and projects.

Distribution

I spent over ten years in my father’s distribution business, Valley Power.

Carr & Duff

My grandfather, Harold “Hap” Carr, co-founded Carr & Duff in 1958.

Properties and Projects

Since 2019, through Grace Restorations, I’ve completed about 80 home flips, many as the general contractor, and I designed the kitchens and baths.

A Practical View

Because of that, I look at a property in practical terms: power, access, condition and how the space will actually be used.

Ten percent of every commission I earn goes to nonprofit organizations.
